At TalkUp, we believe in complete anonymity. We do not collect personal identifiers such as your name, phone number, or email address to access public chatrooms. We do not harvest your contacts, gallery data, or sensitive device information.
Security is our core architecture. All private messages sent through TalkUp are protected by End-to-End Encryption. This means only you and the person you're communicating with can read the messages. Not even the TalkUp team has access to your private conversations.
To improve TalkUp’s performance and user experience, we use Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4). This allows us to track anonymous usage patterns, such as trending tags and active user counts. No personally identifiable information (PII) is linked to this tracking.
